We are an independant Uk based sole trader and as such we comply with all the relevent laws including the Distance Selling Regulations, this is not only for our benefit but for the customer too.

We have been trading online since 2005 and have built up a superb reputation for quality and customer service.

We do not have a bricks and mortor shop so please do not try to visit us.

Prices

* Prices quoted on this website are subject to change without notice.
* Currency exchange rates may fluctuate in line with international markets.
* Orders will not be processed until cleared payment has been received in full.

Returns Policy

* We offer a no quibble refund/exchange service
* If you are returning an item for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
* Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. And with all original tags attatched and must be unworn.
* Return postage costs cannot be refunded.
* Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

* Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt and returned within 28 days for inspection.
* Postal damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt and returned within 28 days for inspection.
