As your product is shipped we will send you a despatch confirmation email.

We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for UK it must be within 16 working days. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 working days, failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the uk or 35 working days for International parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed to be lost in transit.

All order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address.

If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
We do not guarantee any timescale for parcels arriving to UK or International destinations, we can only give our best estimate of delivery times. What does it mean if my card is declined?If your Credit Card has been declined it can be for a number of reasons:

What is a billing address?Your ’billing address’ is the address that your bank or credit card provider sends your bills or monthly statements to.

What payment methods do you accept?We currently accept all major credit and debit card: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo via paypal. We also accept Paypal and Bank Transfer.

Please note we do not accept cheques or Western Union payments.
Returns policyWe are happy to refund or exchange any item within a reasonable time period (including sale but excluding personalised or pre orders) within 14 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions). Should you not comply with this we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return
What you need to do:
- Contact us via email to advise why you wish to return your item
- The original receipt should be enclosed with your order
- Include a note with your order detailing why you wish to return and if you require a refund/exchange or store credit
- Returns must be packaged carefully, with each item in it's original condition and all labels attached and hangers included. Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item.
- pre orders which have been paid in full cannot be refunded as these are ordered especially, if you wish to cancel a pre order you are only then eligible for store credit
- If you wish to return a pre order due to non fitting, not suitable etc then your refund will be in the form of store credit only, unless said item is faulty
- Cancellation of a pre order before delivery will result in forfeiture of any deposit made for that item
- Return postage is non refundable unless the item is clearly misdescribed or faulty then we will refund your postage costs
- Should the item have been purchased using a special code or voucher, you will still only receive the original price you paid for your item (with straight returns/refunds this will include any postage paid)
- Should you wish to exchange an item which is non faulty and is deemed too small or you just dont like it, then any code used from the original purchase if expired will no longer be valid on further purchases.
What happens next?
- Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card / paypal has been refunded (or exchanged).
- The details of this will also be posted to your account
- Please note; it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time
- Ella Bean Clothing reserve the right to refuse or accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. We also reserve the right to refuse to accept a return which is outside of the 20 day return period..This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Ella Bean Clothing do not take responsibility for items lost in transit, please use a secure service. Should your return not be sent using a trackable service and hence not arrive back with us, it is your responsibility as the sender of the item to claim for subsequential loss from the courier/delivery service you used. We will be happy to help you should you require any details for your claim. We cannot refund on an item which has not arrived should you decide to send untracked.
I cannot return my order within 20 days, what should I do?

How do I return a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us before sending the parcel back, let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it.
I wish to cancel a pre order item which has not yet arrived?
In the event that you ask us to cancel a pre order item which you no longer want as these are ordered in we cannot refund your payment but are happy for you to exchange for an instock item or store credit against future purchases

Loyalty schemeWe offer our return customers a loyalty scheme, each time you shop at Ella Bean and you login to your account, when you purchase for every £1 you spend you will be awarded with a loyalty point which is worth £0.02 this is applied to your account once your order has been despatched and marked as complete.
When you rewards reach 500 points then you will become eligible to spend those points in store (there is no cash alternative)
If your items are returned for a refund those points will be deducted from your loyalty account
You need to register on the site to become eligible for this scheme but none of your details will be passed onto any other parties
When you are a returning customer after your first visit all you need to do is log in and your details are there for faster checkout.
Reward points are only accrued on purchases and not on shipping
so the more you spend the more you earn the more you save
