Frequently complicated, various sizes across EUROPE and AMERICA ensures that sizing clothes to fit specific age groups is as much a headache for retailers as it is for parents.A rule that many follow is that French clothes tend to be small fitting and American clothes tend to be larger.
The following should be used as a guide only, many companies refer to this as an average sizing guide and if you are still unsure......PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR MEASUREMENTS
Some designers do use a letter after the age of the item ie 2A etc this means that the item will fit UP to that age...ie 2A (18-24mth), and not from that age as in the UK
I have also included sizing for accessories as well and have used these on many occasions. Please be aware that there may be some slight variations due to sizing differences between each company.
