JINGLES PRE ORDERS AW13/14
We currently have pre order books open on Jingles Coats for Autumn Winter 13, we ask that when you order you place a 50% deposit to reserve your item, these coats sell out very fast and we only stock them once a year and we only order in for customers and do not hold these in stock at any time.

When you order a coat it is on the understanding that you are happy to be invoiced for the balance due on or around 15th August or you will contact us to arrange payment over a period of weeks as long as your order is paid in full by that date.

As we order these in for each customer normal returns policy does not apply these cannot be returned to Jingles and although we will accept them back the refund can only be made via store credit.

When you have paid your deposit that size/design is then added to our order book and is reserved for you, should you later decide that you no longer want or cannot complete purchase your deposit will only be refunded as store credit.

Should you fail to pay your final balance by the date above or agreed your account will be frozen and the deposit will be forefeit as we have to pay for these per customer order.

WE CAN ONLY SHIP THESE USING COURIER SERVICE ROYAL MAIL POSTAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THESE COATS, OVERSEAS PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AS THEY CAN WEIGH A LOT EVEN THE SMALLEST

JINGLES COATS RUN ON THE LARGE SIZE SO WE CAN ONLY SUGGEST YOU CHOOSE YOUR SIZE CAREFULLY IT IS OUR EXPERIENCE THAT A 2-3 YEARS FOR EXAMPLE WILL FIT FROM 2-4 YEARS AND THE BABY SIZES ARE UP TO THAT SIZE IE 12MTHS WILL BE 9-12MTH ETC
ONCE ORDERED WE CANNOT CHANGE SIZES AND WE HAVE STATED THEY RUN VERY LARGE ON THE MAIN PAGE, SHOULD YOU FEEL THE COAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED IS TOO BIG, WE CANNOT EXCHANGE FOR A SMALLER SIZE AS THESE ARE MADE AND FINISHED TO ORDER

Pre-Order Items

We offer you the opportunity to reserve items using our pre order service
This means that you may purchase an item in advance of it being released for sale.

Future collections from suppliers often sell out very quickly and our pre order service means that the item you want can be purchased in advance and once the collection is released to the public you can rest assured that you will already have yours.

We ask for either payment in full at time of ordering or you can opt for a 50% deposit and balance due on terms of payment (please contact us for details), Where 50/50 is available you will see a notice at the top of the page.

We also offer pre orders on items from overseas and these are smaller items which we order in limited numbers, delivery can vary on these and payment is in full at time of ordering as they sell very quickly. Overseas delivery times can vary from 10-45 working days and some pre orders are only released at certain times.
There can be delays on pre orders which are beyond our control such as national holidays, and or customs issues (we do inform you when this is likely)

In order to offer you items you cannot find on the high street going overseas is the only way we can find those and because of the length of time that shipping takes we can offer you lower prices and better deals.
Delivery dates are an estimate and can change with items arriving earlier or later we do try to keep you informed of these.

When you order you may notice some items are in both the pre order categories and another category it is up to you to make sure when you order that you read the description and that you are aware if any of your purchase is a pre order and when they are estimated to arrive.

BY PURCHASING A PRE ORDER ITEM YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Preorders ship within 48 hours of the time they arrive at our store and upon payment of balance.

Should you change your mind about your pre order we are happy to exchange your deposit for another item or offer you store credit, as pre orders are ordered in from overseas we cannot refund payment

We also reserve the right to cancel your order at any time should we feel that you have not understood the terms & conditions.

Preorder deposit payments made for special collections are non refundable should you decide not to pay or to cancel your order

Please note that preorder balances cannot be paid with store credits or exchanges.

If preorder balances are not paid within 21 days of the date of balance invoice, the items on that order will be returned to stock and the deposit paid on that preorder will not be refunded and will not be issued in store credit.
