Soft thick cotton jersey and elastain skirt in a deep navy blue colour, edged hemline in a black leather look fabric

Large buttons to the waist (adjustable inside) with bow details, attatched to the inner skirt is a black creased effect leather look skirt, split to the front to show the blue skirt and buttoned all round with pockets

This can be removed by undoing the buttons on the waistband
