Do I have to open an account before I can purchase anything?
No, you are free to purchase without opening an account.

How can I pay?
We accept card payments for most credit and debit cards this is done via paypal

We are also happy to offer you 'Bank Transfer or International Bank transfer'

I have changed my mind, can I return it?
If you are returning an item for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.Return postage costs cannot be refunded.

Why is the shipping cost higher on certain items?......if you are purchasing an item that costs over £39 then I will only send using tracked shipping, this will either be recorded delivery in the UK or International signed for or Airsure to overseas, this is to ensure your item arrives safely

Also shipping cost will vary due to weights of different products

Charges for shipping are calculated on weight, an initial small charge is made on your first purchase and then calculated according to weight and within the Royal mail postage prices, if you are unsure of how much shipping will be please email us and we will calculate it for you.

Yes - I ship Worldwide

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment.

UK - First Class Post (this is dependent upon the royal mail at the moment)
Europe - 7-14 days (approximately).
USA/Canada -10-28 days depending on postal services.
Worldwide - 10-28 days depending on postal services.

What currency do you accept
All items are displayed in GB Pounds Sterling - UK Currency....rate of exchange is variable on a day to day basis

Do you accept Cheques/postal orders or overseas cheques?
No. Please do not send them as they will be returned and I cannot accept any postal payment from overseas as they are not valid in the UK
